With the dark nights drawing in and the wintery weather making us feel less than inspired, I knew that something had to be done to keep the creativity flowing at Bimbo Design.  So I turned to Charlie and asked “fancy a little day trip…?”  before she had chance to think twice, I booked us both on a Christmas Cupcake decorating course with one of our lovely clients – April Delights.

We are both very creative and  LOVE cakes so figured it would be a nice way to recharge our creative spark, as we have been working flat out for months.  To be totally honest I had no idea what to expect, but Adele made us feel very welcome and showed us simple techniques and before long we were all engrossed in our edible works of art…   have a look for yourself!

I would highly recommend April Delights cake decorating classes to anyone, they are so much fun plus you get to take your creations home!  Charlie still hasn’t eaten hers as they look so amazing… mine?… well, erm…  they were delicious!
